Audio

Download the raw MP3 audio for an earnings call.

GEThttps://edge.alpha.earningscall.dev/audio

Streams the original earnings call audio as audio/mpeg. Supports HTTP Range requests for partial downloads — handy for resumable downloads or seekable players.

Audio access is plan-gated. Upgrade to Ultimate, Ultimate Plus, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus to fetch audio. The demo key can download audio for AAPL and MSFT.

Parameters#

Your API key.

exchangestringRequired

Stock exchange, e.g. NASDAQ.

symbolstringRequired

Ticker symbol.

yearintegerRequired

4-digit year of the earnings call.

quarterintegerRequired

Fiscal quarter, 1–4.

Headers#

RangestringOptional

Standard HTTP Range header, e.g. bytes=0-1023. Single-range only; the response status is 206 Partial Content.

Binary audio/mpeg stream — saved to disk by the caller.

400missing_parameter — Missing exchange, symbol, year, or quarter.400invalid_parameter — Non-integer or out-of-range value.401invalid_api_key — Auth failure.403demo_restriction — Demo account requesting a ticker other than AAPL or MSFT on NASDAQ.403plan_restriction — Plan does not include audio access.404resource_not_found — Audio not available for the requested call.416Requested byte range is not satisfiable.429rate_limit_exceeded — Plan rate limit exceeded.
